Q: When should I start planning my kitchen layout ?

A: For a new build it is essential the kitchen layout is thought about as early as possible as plumbing and electrical work can be determined by the shape of your kitchen. This means as soon as you finalise your house plans you should consider your kitchen layout. By calling to our showroom we can advise you on possible layouts to suit your kitchen and give advice regarding plumbing and electrical positions.
When changing a kitchen in an existing house or maybe changing the layout to your existing kitchen again it is best if you plan your new layout well in advance. By calling to our showroom with measurements or alternatively we can call to your house and measure for you and we will work with you to design a kitchen layout to suit your needs.
Q: When should I order my new kitchen ?
A: Your kitchen can be ordered as soon as you are happy with your layout designed by us. Again the earlier the better as we can advise for electrical or plumbing positions.
Q: Should I tile my floor before or after my new kitchen is fitted ?
A: We advise your floor is tiled before a kitchen is fitted. This means the whole floor is tiled even under the kitchen units.
Q: I have an existing kitchen, can I change my doors or get my existing doors painted.
A: The answer is yes. We can supply & fit all new solid doors in a range of finishes from white oak, European oak, pippy oak, ash, maple, beech, chesnut, cherry, walut or whatever species of wood you request.
Alternatively if your existing doors are of good quality we can spray paint these doors. This combined with possibly new handles and worktop and your old kitchen which you may be tired of is transformed into a new, bright, fresh painted finish kitchen.
